Phillip Hoang

Co-founder of PARADOX, Dynamc LLC, and HAPI Investments LLC.  Founder of 501(c)3 non-profits: NAAAP Orange County, Los Angeles, Southern California, and the Superheroes Foundation.  

Phillip is a successful real estate and general investor who partners with entrepreneurs and corporations to develop software, electrical, and mechanical solutions. As founder of several non-profits, Phillip is involved in causes that support the community environmentally, educationally, and in the development of people to achieve their full potential. Phillip has held leadership roles in the Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce (VACOC), the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and many more.

He is a Master of Information and Data Science candidate at UC Berkeley. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, a Master in Software Engineering from Cal State Fullerton, and B.S. degrees in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and a minor in Economics from the University of California, Riverside.

He is a compassionate, strong, supportive, relentless, strategic, and unapologetically driven leader and transformational coach.
